The post-concert depression is strong with this one.
I miss the fandoms. I miss my friends. I had a REALLY busy winter break with a research grant and work.
It’s my last semester in college.
HI GUYS!! I MISSED YOU.
I found a pic of Lawrence and JY on my mom’s camera after the Styx concert. I thought something looked funny, so I zoomed in.
I am so pleased by this.
Lara, this one is for you.
So mom and I are sitting here at the Chevy Court for the Styx concert, but they’re having a church service here at 9am that we have to sit through.
Well, I have my headphones in while the church band warms up, and I turn to my mom and say “Mom, here, I have the most appropriate song for church”.
I turn on ‘100% in the Bitch’.
STYX PLAYS AT THE FAIR TODAY OH MY GOD.
My mom and I are leaving for the state fair at 6:30am (um do I need to clarify that the times are in eastern time? I don’t know how many of you don’t live here on the east coast).
We’re going to sit at the Chevy Court for 13 hours waiting for Styx.
Don’t judge us.
If you happen to be at the fair today, feel free to stop by (and if you bring a deep fried oreo for me, we will get married on the spot). Or, you can just text me to keep me company.
We have to sit through a church service at 9am, and Babyface at 2pm, but the things I would do for front row Styx, man.
CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE LIKE TEXT ME UPDATES OR SOMETHING ABOUT ANTON?
Styx is playing at our state fair for free and my mom and I will be sitting outside literally for 12 hours at the stage, so I won’t be home for the VMA’s.
Oh my god Styx one week from tomorrow. Omg. Omg. I’ve only waited some time for this.
So Fall Out Boy was announced for the grandstand at the State Fair WOO!!
Even though I consider my summer vacation to be “concert season” it seems this year my concert season will be the beginning of school starting, because I have this lovely lineup:
August 25th-Styx at the State Fair
August 30th-Fall Out Boy at the State Fair
September 11th-Zedd in Rochester
The amount of “post-concert depression” that I will be feeling is unimaginable.
My name is Daniela, and I don't know what to write here. I'm 22, and I live in North Carolina (this changes relatively frequently). Flute player. Piano player. Meteorologist. My heart is in Southwest Florida, Chicago, and on Long Island. I love music, weather, concerts, summer, and making friends here. My favorite kind of music is the kind that pulls something out of me.
